ETC Inc was founded in 1990 by Hank Iden, engineer and designer of ETC's full range of rev limiter and accessory products.
Hank has a lifetime of experience in all types of racing, but got his start in drag racing on the weekends when he was still in his teens. As a seasoned engineer, Hank knew he could find a way to protect racing engines that are subject to extreme rpm . He built his first rev limiter/torque management system for some friends in the 80's, and from there designed rev limiters to fit drag boats, tractor pullers, oval track/sprint cars, drag cars, off road vehicles, sand dragsters, mud boggers, go karts, snowmobiles and motorcycles.
